Goals of the program
The Quest language summer program offers a secure, enjoyable and family-like environment to students aged between 13 and 18, so they can develop and achieve:

- Linguistic and communicative skills in English
- Cultural knowledge of Canada
- Openness towards other nationalities, cultures and religions.

A typical day is divided into a morning language session and a scheduled afternoon excursion or activity. Three afternoons per week are scheduled for on-campus sports or art activities, providing a well-rounded camp program.

English instruction

Students will receive 15 hours of English lessons and activities per week. English as a second or foreign language classes are offered at different levels. Upon arrival, students will be placed in an appropriate language level based on an oral and written placement test.

Instruction is student centered and based on the communicative approach with the aid of state-of-the-art materials and equipment.  Our teachers are native speakers of English and have formal training in second language teaching.  At the beginner level, emphasis is given to oral comprehension and expression, whereas, at the intermediate and advanced levels, emphasis is given to reading, writing and oral communication. The inclusion of socio-cultural activities is also an integral part of the curriculum. FLY students will attend classes in the modern Quest University classrooms.

Average of 15 students per group.
