Deposit: To obtain an approval to stay in Canada, customers have to pay 875$ CAD of the total registration fee at the moment of the subscription.

Excursions: Many excursions are planned throughout the schedule of the FLY Experience. The cost of these activities is included. Planned destinations = Guided tour of the city of Montréal, Beach, Climbing at the Montagne des Esprits, Spa Le Refuge, Shopping in the enormous underground complex in Montréal, etc.

Fireworks: At night, on the day of the excursion at Six Flags amusement park. Students will attend the International Loto-Québec Fireworks Contest.

Games: Use of portable video games is forbidden in class and during excursions and optional activities. Students are allowed to use them during their spare time in their room. In this case, FLY Experience asks for a written acknowledgement from the parents.

Horseback riding: On a voluntary basis, kids can subscribe to this optional activity.
Hotel: Students will stay at La Tour des Voyageurs, a four star hotel.

Immersion: At all times, we will speak with the student in the language she/he is learning. Students must try to communicate with their classmates, teachers and counselors in this language most of the time. Obviously, our employees have some basics in English and Spanish. In case of emergency, we will be able to answer quickly to any demand.
Insurances: Every kid at Fly Experience is covered by a medical and a civil insurance. The protection can go as high as $50,000 CAD (including dental insurance).
Internet: Hotel clients have free access to a wireless internet connection. We encourage students to bring their laptop.

Karting: Intense emotions and a lot of fun for those who want to test their driving skills. This activity is optional.

La Ronde amusement park: Property of Six Flags. With over 40 different rides and a lot more activities and restaurants, this activity is for everyone. The most complete family or group activity in the province of Québec. This optional activity will include Fireworks presentation at night.

Meals: 3 meals a day at the Centre des Congrès or in one of the restaurants of the pedestrian village are included.
Movie theatre: Just two steps away from the hotel. Students may enjoy the latest releases
Montréal: Montréal the metropolis has everything a big city can offer. But Montréal is also one-of-a-kind-a multicultural city that blends its French accent with that of over 80 other ethnic communities and charms visitors with its Euro-American ambiance. Montréal is also innovative and invigorating, offering a whirlwind of cultural creations, both traditional and modern. Its downtown bustles with life at the foot of its mountain, while history is rooted in the Old Quarter near the river. With its year-round party atmosphere, Montréal beats to the rhythm of its festivals: jazz, comedy, cinema, fireworks and more!

Optional activities: Kids can subscribe to many optional outings. Possibilities: Horseback riding, Golf, Six Flags, Waterslides, Climbing, Rafting, Karting, Sugaring off, etc. (costs not included. The overall cost of these optional activities should be 200$ per week.)

Rafting: On a voluntary basis, kids can subscribe to a rafting ride. A refreshing experience on the river.
Registration: Subscription have to be completed by June 1st of every year. We host a maximum of 75 students. For more information, go to “Fees and registration” on the main page of the website.
Rooms: Double or triple occupation in a four star hotel : La Tour des Voyageurs.

Schedules: Up to date schedules are available on our website. It is easy even for parents abroad to know what is planned for the present day.
Sessions: Customers can choose to stay 2 to 5 weeks with us.
Sports: Different sports will be offered in free optional activities (beach volleyball, soccer, etc.)
Sugaring off: Typical Québec food experience. This activity is optional.
Supervision: Students are in constant supervision by the FLY Experience team. At any moment of their stay, they will be able to communicate with a member of the staff.

Taxes: Students coming from outside of Canada/Québec can claim a tax refund at the airport upon departure for tax paid during their stay (15% of the price of most items, excluding food).
Tennis: Tennis courts are available near the hotel site.
Trails: Students can go for walks on many available paths in the forest. Fresh air and astonishing sites guaranteed!

Visitors and family: Family members are welcome to visit the area during the students’ stay. We can help you to find a hotel and activities.

Waterslides: This activity is optional. Kids are invited to experience an incredibly refreshing splash.
What to bring!: Here are the items you don’t want to forget this summer:
- Summer clothes (t-shirts, short pants, running shoes, sandals, swimsuit, etc.)
- Pants, long sleeves, sweat shirts, light raincoat
- Small backpack for excursions
- Hat or cap, sunscreen lotion
- French or English mother tongue dictionary, if possible
- Flashlight with batteries
- Beach towel
- Personal items (shampoo, soap and towels will be available at the hotel for free)
- Music instrument, laptop, portable video games (restricted use), camera, video-camera, etc.
- Money for optional activities and shopping
- Sport equipment: tennis racquets, training outfit, etc.
